As a student, I found Hey AI, Let's Talk! to be a valuable book for learning prompt engineering for me. The authors, Frank and Ryan Ng, have created a comprehensive guide that breaks down complex AI concepts into digestible, engaging content. The father-son authorship brings an interesting and unique perspective. I particularly like the book's structure, which includes teaching sections and practical exercises. I especially appreciated the emphasis on ethical considerations, practical exercises, and the development of critical thinking skills. This book is not just about AI; it's about preparing for a future where AI literacy is crucial. I definitely would recommend this book to my friends, as it serves as a solid foundation for understanding prompt engineering. However, readers should approach it as a starting point rather than a definitive guide in this fast-evolving field, as it can initially be a bit overwhelming.
In conclusion, this book was a definite stepping stone for my use of AI, as well as to prepare for my future, where AI becomes a definite part of my life. I suggest this book to people who are interested in AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc). I enjoyed this book, and I believe that this book will help me in my lesson where I use AI a LOT.
9/10!
I had to take the point off because this book is so long and complex that people who don't know much about AI could be confused.
Maybe this book could be turned into a video game fantasy novel. (???) Who knows? I also thought it would be funny when you read the book, and at the end, it reveals that AI made the whole book! HAHAHA!
